Ripple Industries has a long standing relationship with the City of Prescott and recently provided a major control system upgrade.

Sites consisted of sewage lift stations, storm water lift stations, and tank sites. Ignition SCADA software by Inductive Automation, used in conjunction with Allen Bradley MicroLogix and ControlLogix PLCs, were deployed. Ripple Industries provided telemetry design, panel fabrication, PLC programming, HMI programming, startup and testing services. This project consisted of upgrades to 98 sites.

Ripple Industries provided a cost effective control system upgrade for the Superstition Mountains CFD.

This project consisted of minor hardware upgrades and a complete software overhaul of the District’s SCADA system. The project scope was to provide a partial SCADA upgrade, with total reprogramming of all the wastewater plant and lift station PLCs, as well as the building of a new HMI system, based upon Inductive Automation’s Ignition SCADA software platform.

This project consisted of integration of 35 lift stations into Johnson Utilities’ existing  SCADA  system.

Ripple Industries’ responsibilities included master planning, panel design and fabrication, radio telemetry design and construction, panel installation, integration, startup and testing.

This included upgrading nine existing PLCs and a Wonderware based HMI. It also included integration of information from four new PLCS.

Ripple Industries was responsible for system engineering, PLC programming, HMI programming, equipment upgrades and maintenance of automated operations during switchover.

Ripple Industries implemented planned and executed a live control system upgrade and switchover at Arizona City Sanitary District.

The services provided as part of this design build contract consisted of construction of the District's new control building, installation of more than 2000 feet of conduit, fabrication and installation of conduit, fabrication and installation of control cabinetry, PLC programming, HMI programming, startup, and commissioning. The switchover was preformed on a live SBR system and a MOPO was executed that allowed for zero down time of the plant's control system. The project was completed on time and under budget, requiring approximately one year to complete.

Ripple Industries preformed an upgrade to the SCADA system at GHD's 34th Street pump station.

Ripple Industries provided services to upgrade the site's existing panel, software, server and controls programming. Ripple Industries acted as the project engineer, construction contractor, and systems integrator.

Ripple Industries was contracted to

organize and carry out the SCADA control system upgrade of the Pinto Valley mining operation.

The work was preformed as a sub-contractor for Stantec Consulting. Ripple Industries' responsibilities consisted of specifying equipment, generating electrical as-built drawing, construction oversight, PLC programming, HMI programming, startup and commissioning. The project involved providing a system-wide SCADA upgrade for water treatment processes, wastewater treatment processes, collections and distribution system monitoring, conveyance systems, crushing system and mining process control systems.

Ripple Industries was constracted to extend the existing SCADA infrastructure to include integration of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribes'water sites.

This contract was executed as a design build project, in which Ripple Industries provided engineering services, constructions services, and systems integration. The goal was to integrate the tribes water system sites into their existing wastewater SCADA system.
